This is what Tom will eat in the mornings when he only has a few minutes for breakfast - it should only take you five minutes to make and it is easy to clean up!
Ingredients
1 large egg
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon shredded cheese
Ketchup or hot sauce
Salt, pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook one egg your favorite way - scrambled, sunny side up, over easy.
- Top with cheese and continue to cook until cheese melts.
- Toast whole wheat bread.
- Add sliced avocado, egg, ketchup/hot sauce to toast.
- Enjoy!
