Baked Chicken & Vegetables


My mother used to make this for us and I love this recipe. It is so easy to make, tastes great and so good for you!

Ingredients:
2 Bone-in Chicken Breasts (no skin)
1 cup chicken stock

Season the chicken with:
Lemon juice
Pepper
Salt
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Sprinkle Flaxseed on top

Vegetables - any kind you want, as much as you want!

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour in chicken stock in pan, season chicken, and cover with foil. Cook for 30 - 35 mins, remove foil and add vegetables. Cook for an additional 30 mins or when chicken is cooked through.

*We usually serve this dinner with quinoa as a side.
